Hi list,

I've just set up an osgeo wiki page on the mailinglist we have. So 
people might be able to find it more easily. And others know what we are

@Tom, I haven't been able to look at your DC proposal very thoroughly 
yet, but it looks quite good. Although the concept of merging json and 
xml still seems quite weird to me. It's like bending the standard, while 
trying to keep complience.
