[Conference-cee] Date and Place for CEE?

We have registered domain, we are setting up the web page at
http://foss4g-cee.eu

the date is set to 21st till 23rd May 2012 (with possibility to
organize workshops and other events before and after this days) - we
have reserved rooms at Czech technical university (CTU).

we now need all partners to agree about the important dates - the
announcement letter is almost finished and should be published at the
beginning of next week (latest).
