[Conference-europe] blocker dates, date collisions, agit, ...

FWIW, I don't go to AGIT anyway, so no problem. Our experience with FOSS4G-E 
this year showed: it will be impossible to avoid clashes completely, we've tried 
hard (eg, moving away from FOSSGIS to not cannibalize) and still had clashes 
with other events in the end.
