We have been discussing the possibility of submitting a bid to host a FOSS4G Europe conference in the UK in the next few years and I've been tasked with reaching out to start a discussion. In terms of planning we are at the very beginning of the process and will be starting to put together a planning committee and investigating which year we would be best to aim to create a proposal for. Would it be best to aim for 2026 or 2027? Once we have an idea of which year you might like us to aim for we will try to get the answers to the questions on the Wiki for you. I look forward to hearing back from you. Paul Wittle -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... There's currently no plans for 2026 or 2027 in Europe set in motion yet. It will depend if the international FOSS4G will be in Europe (we'd rather not have a regional the same year) or not, which should be established somewhere spring next year. But your interest is noted down and we can continue discussing the subject in about 0.5 year or so :) Thank you for stepping up!
