[Conference-europe] FOSS4GE 2025 proposal from Mostar (BA)

Hey,

after some issues with getting the proposal file across, there is 
interest to host FOSS4G Europe 2025 in the beautiful city of Mostar, 
Bosnia and Herzegovina (see [1])

I propose we have an open discussion on this for the next two weeks 
(ending Sunday 27.10). This should serve the purpose of maybe 
fine-tuning the aspects of the organization that have not been described 
in the proposal.

You can join this discussion either on this mailing list here, or the 
shiny new discussion topic on OSGeo Discourse [2]

I will collect the topics to the conference-europe-2025 wiki page [3] so 
they are stored for future organizers too.

And.. If you want to help out in making this the best FOSS4GE ever, then
