[Conference-europe] FOSS4G Europe 2025 in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina

Dear OSGeo Board,

I'm very happy to announce that after a two week discussion period on 
the conference-europe mailinglist [1] and discourse forum [2] with the 
main topics also gathered at the OSGeo wiki [3] FOSS4G Europe 2025 will 
be taking place in the beautiful city of Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina 
during 14-20 July 2025.

Activities regarding the launch of the conference webpage and opening 
the call for papers have already started and more information will be 
available soon(-ish).
