[Conference-europe] foss4ge topics

Hey all,

I have a few topics to propose for discussion but will address them soon 
in a later e-mail. The main being call-for-venue for the next European 
conf but let's withhold that for the moment - there seems to be an issue 
with new subscriptions to this mailinglist.

In the meantime I did a thing - an index page for all FOSS4G Europe 
conference webpages at https://europe.foss4g.org. The setup is similar 
to previous years conferences (hosting via gh-pages at [1]) but as a 
single-page html file. There are still some resources missing for past 
events (photos, acad proceedings, videos). If you have any knowledge 
about their whereabouts, please feel free to share them. Any other 
comments / discussion on how to make it better are also welcome.
