Dear all,
My name is Alexander Kmoch, and I am on the organizing team for the 2024 FOSS4G Europe in Tartu. I have been in touch with Tõnis Kärdi.
I’d like to catch up here, in regards to the website source hosting on Osgeo Gitea and the rendered website pages hosting on e.g. Github pages.
If I understood correctly, the idea is to Git-mirror from a Gitea repo to a GitHub repo, and on the GitHub repo GH pages will be enabled and then a DNS alias or forward will point to the GH pages location?
We want to start preparing the website for the 2024 FOSS4G in Tartu now. How shall we proceed? Can we starting building in a Github repo until the OSGEO infra is in place?
Best regards,
Alex
