 Before FOSS4G 2026, we'd like to use pretalx for this year's Japanese
 FOSS4G event. Could you please create a separate event for us?

 I'll ask another OSGeo.JP member to manage it. The tentative details are
 as follows:

 - Dates: October 11–12, 2025
 - Organizer's email: wata909 at gmail.com
