Subject: [Conference-resources] dates from templates in pretalx e-mails

Hey all,

since last year (July-something?) the talks.osgeo.org generated e-mails 
have started to template dates in US style "MM-DD", this is evident in 
the schedule release / schedule update e-mails sent to authors like:

"Your session ?Fancy title? has been moved to 07-18, 23:00 in <room-name>."

Up to now I've done hand-changes to e-mails before sending them out, but 
just now sent out a bunch of reschedules for FOSS4GE 2025 and forgot 
about it...

Would it be possible to have the dates templated somewhere middle-ground 
between ISO and US, like "July 18"?
