 Okay rebuilding the pretalx image using tagged versions that came out
 around the same time as 2024.2.1 seems to have done the trick when applied
 to last nights backup in staging.  I have that running on

 https://talks.staging.osgeo.org

 So public voting I can see the link now for foss4g2026 and foss4g2025 is
 no longer throwing 500  errors.

 I'm going to make the same change in production and then have Corina test
 out to confirm it fixes the issue she was seeing.
