Hi Silvia

First up, you now have until the 15th September to get anything to me,
so there is some time.

It raises a few issues if you do not get the setup to me - I am going to
be building a software image for each PC, so this would not be included,
which is not ideal. Part of your workshop involves installation of
JGRASS. At 2007 FOSS4G the Workshop presenters where asked not to
perform physical software installs during the workshop or lab, but
rather to describe the process in the presentation and in their
slides/handouts. This prevents last minute surprises and difficulties
with the speeds at which different users perform the installations. So,
it is better to have the software installed and tested on all PC's
beforehand.

I would like to be somewhat flexible, but need to ensure that the
software/hardware infrastructure runs as smoothly as possible for all
concerned.

Regards
Graeme
