[Workshops] FTP information for uploading Workshop/Lab files

To all workshop & lab presenters:

As today is the deadline for submitting all workshop files (data, 
software packages, and docs), please use the following instructions for 
uploading your files:

	Host:	 	foss4g.styx.org
         Protocol:	FTP
	Port:		21
	User:		foss4g2008
	Password:	shosholoza

Please upload your files into your corresponding workshop/lab code, 
which are listed at:

workshops: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G2008_Workshops_and_Labs
labs:      http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G2008_Labs

Each code/folder contains a "software" folder and a "printing" folder:

software/ - use this for any data or software packages that need to be 
installed on the machines.  Please include a README with instructions 
for us.  (we have 250GB available for this upload on the server, in case 
you are wondering about space)

printing/ - use this for any documents that you would like printed for 
attendees (such as workshop guides).

Important note for Windows/MapServer workshops:

- both MS4W and OSGeo4W will be installed at the root of C:/
- MS4W's Apache service will use the default port 80 and OSGeo4W's 
Apache service will use port 8080
    - make sure to update your docs accordingly
