[Workshops] port conflicts for workshop software

Hi all,

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to set up a page on the wiki 
in which folks could list the ports they need on the workshop machines. 
For instance GeoServer runs on 8080, which will be taken by OSGEO4W, and 
in choosing another port I would like to avoid any further conflicts.
