[Workshops] Reminder: Workshop / tutorial evaluations

If anyone is still waiting I can take mark out for coffee to delay his workday.

I think when we do this again we should put down "beginner developer"
(since I am finding a few tutorials featuring programming listed as
"Beginner User"). Good thing we have the Hardware/Software
recommendations to clarify.
