[Workshops] handouts

A number of workshops this year have elected to 'go green' and not 
provide a printed book of materials, so you will be in good company if 
you take that route.  I should also be able to get current workshop 
registration numbers to presenters in the next few days (you won't 
actually need 170 copies).
