Some details for workshop instructors, when you arrive to Barcelona:


Schedule at Workshop Venue

** Monday Sept 6th **

9:00 - 11:00: Instructors that want to test the computer setup, please
come at 9 AM.

13:00 - 15:00: REGISTRATION DESK opens.

15:00 - 18:00: WORKSHOPS 1st SESSION: W1 to W7.
                     (With optional 15' break 16:30-16:45)


** Tuesday Sept 7th **

8:00 - 9:00: REGISTRATION DESK opens. Only for the (few) people that
registered only for a 2nd session workshop.

9:00 - 12:00  WORKSHOPS 2nd SESSION: W8 to W14.
                   (With optional 15' break 10:30-10:45)

12:00 + Shuttle bus to Conference Venue
