[Workshops] Materials Upload

For the OSM (w3), I've got a virtualbox vdi ready locally to upload (sorry for the last minute work).

However I'm not currently on a connection that is going to be able to send it. I'm hoping uploading tomorrow would be acceptable. If not, I understand, and I've already uploaded windows installers as a backup. But it would be great to know if the image would still be accepted if uploaded by tomorrow (mid-day my time in Seattle, night in España).
