[Workshops] Upload server problems

Some of you might be aware that we are having serious problems with the 
OSGeo servers in the last 2 days 
(http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/sac/2010-July/002657.html). 
Unfortunately that includes the server where we were uploading our 
workshop files to (buildtest.osgeo.org).

I don't have any update for you yet, but I'll work with Oscar to make 
sure we get the files.  Worst case scenario is that we may ask you to 
re-upload your files to another server.
