[Workshops] Reminder: Software and materials deadline, 5th July

Hi list,

Remember that the workhsop and tutorial materials have to be uploaded
to FTP **before July 5th**.
You should have received the FTP connection ando other details by email.

Workshop materials:
  * The software to be installed (Windows XP), along with installation
instructions.
  * Alternatively (linux-based), provide a VirtualBox image with the
preinstalled software.
  * Printable documetation for attendees. PDF (A4) format.

Tutorials (optional):
  * PDF documentation for attendees. This will not be printed, but
linked from the official website.
