To all workshop & tutorial presenters:

The deadline for submitting all workshop files (data, software
packages, and docs) is 5 July.
Please use the following instructions for uploading your files:

    Host:        buildtest.osgeo.org
    Protocol:    SFTP
    Port:        22
    User:        foss4g2010
    Password:    barcelona

Please upload your files into the directory named with your
corresponding workshop/tutorial code, which are listed at:

workshops: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2010_Workshops#Workshops
labs:      http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2010_Workshops#Tutorials


The directory structure is:

*** For Workshop materials ***

/workshops/wXX/

   data/ - use this if you wish to have spatial data loaded onto a
network drive during the workshop

   printing/ - use this for any documents that you would like printed
for attendees (such as workshop guides)

   software/ - use this for any data or software packages that need to
be installed on the machines. Please include a README with
instructions for us.

(we have 60GB available for this upload on the server, in case you are
wondering about space)



*** For tutorial materials ***

/tutorials/tXX/

   - if you wish to have your documents linked from 2010.foss4g.org, so
that attendees can download them before your session, please upload
your files here.


Please ask any questions that you may have, preferently in the mail
list (conference-workshops at lists.osgeo.org).
