[Workshops] Question about Academic Track Submission

Hello
I would plan to submit conference paper to Academic Track. But i have two question about Academic Track Submission:
1. Conference proceeding:
Will the accepted paper be enlisted into conference proceeding?  Will conference proceeding be indexed in EI or IEEE?
2.Submission
2.1 Submission Time
The submission dealline in http://www.osgeo.org/foss4g/2010/call_for_abstracts is May. 31th .2010. Howevre, i found another deadline (April. 1st. 2010) for academic submission in http://2010.foss4g.org/milestones.php. Which date is for academic submission?
2.2 Submission method
How can i submit full paper to academic track? Is it through web interface at: http://intranet.pacifico-meetings.com:8081/abscoweb/Inicio.iface?id=13? However
