[Workshops] Workshop labs - extra details

Hi,

I've asked the questions that raised up in the last IRC meeting to the
technical staff at UPC:

* All computers have Windows XP natively.
* Attendees will have an administrator profile.
* A shared network drive will be available. The base path will be:
"G:\FOSS4G", and a subfolder will be created for each workshop (w1,
w2, ... w14).
* For those needing a different OS, all machines will have a
VirtualBox client. Just upload a VirtualBox image with preinstalled
software to FTP.
* For the virtual machines to have network access, they have to use
NAT (network address translation).
