[Workshops] Workshop manuals on the web

Folks,

Many people is interested in getting a digital version of the workshop
manuals. Our intention is to link them in the official
2010.foss4g.org/workshop.php page.

If you don't want your workshop manual to be downloadable, or if you
prefer that we link directly to your own hosted version (sorry didn't
keep track of the tweets announcing where those are), please tell us
before the end of this week.
