[Workshops] list of accepted workshops and tutorials

Hello everyone,

All of those who have submitted an abstract for a workshop or a tutorial 
for FOSS4G2011 should have received notification through an email by 
last night/this morning.  At the moment we only have room for 24 
workshops and 12 tutorials, so we had to make some difficult decisions 
as a committee.  Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit an 
abstract, as there was a good range to choose from this year.

If your abstract was not selected, there is still a chance that more 
tutorials will be added later, as the program is sure to change as the 
event approaches.

Here is the list of accepted workshop and tutorial titles (again the
