[Workshops] VirtualBox on Workshop Machines?

Hello Greg,

I imagine it should be the latest available stable version of VirtualBox 
- but please feel free to include your exact requirements and testing 
steps for this and all your software in your README.txt file in your 
/software folder (along with your software install files).  thanks!
