[Workshops] Change in presenter(s) for the "Customizing QGIS with Python Plugins" workshop

Due to other commitments and conflicts that have arisen, I will not be 
able to attend the conference. In my place, Greg Corradini and Aaron 
Racicot will be presenting the workshop. My complimentary registration 
should go to Greg.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, however, I am happy that 
the workshop will go forward with two skilled developers and presenters.
