[Workshops] Conference registration and workshop presenters

I was under the impression that workshop presenters would receive 
complimentary conference registration, however, I see no way to do that 
on the registration page: https://www.gita.org/gitamember/FOSS4G2011.aspx

It applies a 50% discount when you choose "Workshop Co-Presenter Discount".
