[OSGeo-Conf] Evaluating proposals...

On a related theme, we didn't put in a proposal because we think time is
relatively tight to organise a big event, promote it, request papers,
etc. Would it be possible in the first quarter of 2008 to put out a
second request, for hosting in 2008? It would give the potential
organisers much better lead time.
