That time is ok for me !

In addition, is it possible to attach the detailed budget of the 
Victoria proposal to the proposals community page 
(http://community.osgeo.org/en/conference/2007/proposals) ? Paul 
(Ramsey) mentioned in his email it is possible for him to provide it.
