[OSGeo-Conf] Call for Votes: Host Venue for 2007 conference

Both proposals were excellent and it was difficult to
choose. I was strongly also looking forward to a bid from
Asia which could not happen for FOSS4G2007.

[X] Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

I hope the organizers at Victoria with support
from OSGeo and FOSS4G communities will find
a way to bring down registration fee and also
to generate funds to support student participation
and also participants from countries/regions that
with financial constraints.
