[OSGeo-Conf] Call for Votes for Conference Name

Mine too: OSGeo 2007.

[My second choice would be an 'other' - e.g. "Spatial Freedom '07" it  
becomes necessary.  Although that sounds like some kind of long  
distance phone plan...]
