[OSGeo-Conf] Conference Name results

This is disappointing to me personally, but I can certainly live with
the compromise. OSGeo has developed a very nice logo which contains
only the compass and the word "OSGeo" -- I can see this being used
effectively alongside whatever the FOSS4G logo or banner turns out to
be.
