[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2007 - whats in a name?

Can someone take all the suggestions that we had so far and follow
what Markus proposed
and prepare a vote on the name ( we did that for the 2006 conference
too).
It would be good to collect the arguments for the names and include
them in the proposal
so that we have something to think about before we vote.
