detailed data will you
be directing responders to a web location for updated appendices? (I
also have more comments
regarding our specific event that would be nice to post some place.)
Didn't most events collect
feedback forms?

Hello all,

I have taken the reports submitted from past conferences, and the info

from the RFP wiki page, and created an RFP document 
(http://community.osgeo.org/files/osgeo-conference-2007-request-for-proposal.pdf).

  Please take a look and let me/thelist know what you think.  If 
everyone is in agreement we can publish/announce it.

For now the RFP states that the submission deadline is Nov 24th, if 
anyone sees a problem with that we can change that.

Note: All past conference committees are encouraged to use the new 
conference site to archive their documents 
(http://community.osgeo.org/en/conference/archives).  Eventually the 
current OSGeo platform (Collabnet) will be dropped and converted to
this 
drupal site, so feel free to play with this new site (still in Beta). 
If you need permissions to your conference archives page please contact

me or Tyler Mitchell. (I'm no longer using the collabnet conference
page)
