[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2007 - whats in a name?

I vote for FOSS4G
- we have used it twice already (so lets say
it is becoming a tradition)
- you are right that it adds Free that we are missing
- it also indicates that this conference includes
not only osgeo projects but a wider community
