[OSGeo-Conf] 2008 (pre) Announcement

On the flip side Frank, August collides with holiday, weddings, etc..  
so what you gain in students/professors will probably be more than  
offset by losses in government, private sector, NGOs. You don't see a  
lot of conferences in Jun-Aug, and there's a good reason for it.

And if the weather is that much better ... well going to South Africa  
will be a long haul, so I hope we can make this as attractive as  
possible for folks.
