[OSGeo-Conf] Back on the list ...

Sorry for not to be very active on the list these last few weeks but I 
have been unsubscribed from all the mailing lists since the upgrade of 
the OSGeo Internet infrastructure. During the process of automatic 
subscription to the new list service, it seems I have lost the leading 
"t" in my email address and it results I did not receive the new 
messages ! Everything is now up and running. I will parse all the new 
posts I missed. I hope I did not miss anything important.

Sorry again for the silence.
