I am trying to put together a list of lists and contacts to use for 
pushing out conference notices over the next nine months. I have started 
it here:

Please go and add in lists and owners, and preferably email addresses, 
so that contacting is easy.

On a related note, I am still looking for a marketing coordinator, to 
handle all this stuff for me.
