you may want to be careful with how many to send out - it may hurt  
the future conferences,
although I am all for a careful selection of oral presentations.

I don't think that you really need a posters coordinator -

the submissions that are below the 120 line could be assigned
a number and poster boards with those numbers should be provided -
( in the exhibition hall?). There should be a time in the program
when authors would be asked to be at their posters. I looked at the  
abstracts
and I haven't see much (except maybe 2) that could not be accepted at  
all.

If there are late cancellations it is quite helpful to be able
to ask selected poster authors to fill-in the holes in the sessions  
to keep them full.

This is just a suggestion - feel free to completely ignore it.
