This sounds great!  I can't see any desire to restrict use of the
term  FOSS4G though hopefully "FOSS4G 20xx" will taken
to refer to the FOSS4G conference(s).

I'm no good with DNS stuff, but perhaps Shawn Barnes or
Howard Butler can assist with that aspect?
