[OSGeo-Conf] What domain name for foss4g2009?

Foss4g.org was actually donated to us, but I don't believe there has  
been any action to use it.  I will follow up to get it transfered.  I  
suggest we try for that route, plus have the redirect as Frank  
mentioned (foss4g2009->current site).
