[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G impact survey - possibility?

Paul, Jo,
While I agree this is a good idea, it will be fairly low on my "todo" 
list, and probably won't get done for a while, if at all, if assigned to me.

There are a few people on the Aust-NZ list who might be interested.
