[OSGeo-Conf] Setting schedule in stone for labs/workshops/tutorials for Foss4g2009 - please vote

Careful...the 90 minute 'lab' was not introduced until 2007.

I am a full +1 in support of your proposal.  (I too could also accept 
more than 1 day of workshops)
