[OSGeo-Conf] Outcome of FOSS4G Process discussions

Could someone "in charge" in the conference committee please add a note 
to the "FOSS4G Reboot 2011" wiki page summarizing the outcome of the 
discussion?

I ask this because the page as it is is confusing and leads people to 
think that OSGeo is still considering some of those options. I believe 
the decision has been made and Paul summed it up well here:

Maybe we could just link to that post in the wiki?
