[OSGeo-Conf] facilitating FOSS4G continuity

thanks Paul and Jeroen, how do you think we should handle this?
should I ask to Marketing Committee for some support?
Conference is a good income for OSGeo, both economically and for it's 
visibility.
should we consider supporting my presence in Sidney a good investment 
for 2010?
