I can't remember how long my one was in 2007 but I had a short slideshow and two videos.
Tim Bowden introduced the Aussie event and showed a short video in Cape Town.
I think about 10 minutes is all that's needed?
Times are on the FOSS4G2008 wiki pages.

I still don't know how long is the video about Barcelona.
does anybody remember how long was the presentation of Sydney at Cape Town,
or any other prentation for the next FOSS4G?
