This general point (from the person I currently consider the Smartest
Person in the World) matches up with the 2009 experience: tutorial
sessions bursting at the seams. In addition to a general solicitation
for papers, 2010 should consider approaching particular presenters to
do such high-demand talks and consider even running dupes (same talk
in different time slots) to allow people to mix-and-match.
