[OSGeo-Conf] Deadline extension for 2011 Request for Hosting

Conf Committee and potential bidders,

There have been no 2011 submissions as of now, so we will extend the 
letter of intent deadline by 2 weeks.  I have also tried to make the 
exact time more clear; a new version of the document is available with 
the updated deadlines (http://www.osgeo.org/conference/rfp) or see below 
for exact times.

   Letters of Intent (Stage 1) due:    2010-04-23 23:00 UTC [1]
   Stage 1 question period:            2010-04-23 to 2010-04-30
   Stage 1 decision:                   2010-04-30
   Proposals (Stage 2) due:            2010-05-21 23:00 UTC [2]
   Stage 2 question period:            2010-05-21 to 2010-05-28
   Final decision:                     2010-06-11
