[OSGeo-Conf] Re: Letter of Intent for OSGeo 2011

Mr. Bell,

This email confirms receipt of your letter of intent for hosting the 
FOSS4G 2011 event.

Stage 1 decisions will be announced here on this OSGeo email list on 
2010-04-30.

Note that past successful bids for the FOSS4G event have involved a 
local organizing group that is involved in the FOSS4G community, who 
partners with a Professional Conference Organizer like yourself (so, for 
example, an Arizona FOSS4G group might partner with your group, to 
submit a letter of intent).  You can always modify your letter of intent 
if need be, by the new deadline
